On the middle of the Venetian port, the location can't be better. Great and friendly staff, amazing food and drinks.

Ambience, fantastic view , friendly competent staff, parking, far enough away from the crowds but still entertainment and restaurants at the door, proactive with requests.

It’s located on the water at the edge of town so it’s quiet at night. The best hotel in all of Chania. The food and staff are excellent.

Areas for improvement:
The staff were friendly and helpful, but frankly seemed distracted at times. Pleasant, but less service-oriented than at other hotels we visited on this trip.
